Get your Mailercloud SMTP credentials
Log in to Mailercloud, go to API Platform → Integrations → CleverTap, and copy your SMTP Host, Port, Username and Password.
Add Mailercloud as SMTP provider in CleverTap
In CleverTap, go to Settings → Channels → Email → Add Provider. Select "Custom / Generic SMTP" and paste the Mailercloud credentials.
Copy CleverTap's Callback URL
In CleverTap, find your Email Callbacks / Webhooks section and copy the Callback URL for bounce and unsubscribe events.
Paste Callback URL in Mailercloud & complete
Back in Mailercloud's CleverTap integration screen, paste the Callback URL, give your integration a name, and click "Complete Integration." Done!
