Get your Mailercloud SMTP credentials
Log in to Mailercloud, navigate to API Platform → Integrations → MoEngage, and copy your SMTP Host, Username and Password.
Add Mailercloud as SMTP provider in MoEngage
In MoEngage, go to Settings → Channels → Email. Add Mailercloud as a Custom SMTP provider and paste the Mailercloud credentials.
Copy MoEngage Callback URL
In MoEngage, find the Email Callbacks / Webhooks section and copy the Callback URL for bounce and unsubscribe events.
Paste Callback URL in Mailercloud & complete
In Mailercloud's MoEngage integration screen, paste the Callback URL, name your integration, and click "Complete Integration." You're set!
